Return & refund answers
What your store's AI policy tool actually says about return windows, opened items and refunds, and whether it matches your policy page.
Shopify AI Shopping Optimization · for pet stores
Shoppers ask assistants things like “does this come in medium?” or “can I return it?”. The answers come from your product data and policies, as read by Shopify's catalog and your store's AI policy tool. We find the specific facts that come out wrong and fix them, with a documented before and after.
Shopify reports AI-referred orders grew nearly 13x year over year in Q1 2026 (source). We don't promise traffic; we make sure what agents say about you is accurate.
The store accepts returns within -1 days days of delivery. No time limit on treat returns under our satisfaction guarantee. Apparel must be unworn, in original packaging. The store's real policy is an unlimited guarantee, but the agent-facing answer said “-1 days”. Found in a public audit; the store was not a client.
We ask your store the questions shoppers ask, then compare the answers with your actual policies and products.

Size labels that overlap or contradict the description (“Large 35+ lb”, “X-Large 35+ lb”), add-ons built as variants, and options agents can't map.
Cost, free-shipping threshold, handling and delivery time, stated the same way everywhere and answerable when a shopper asks “when will it arrive?”.
Literal product titles, weights, counts, ingredients and dog-size guidance that agents can quote without guessing.
Leftover robots.txt rules that hide your policy pages, plus product structured data for price, stock, shipping and returns.

Partly. Shopify automatically publishes your catalog and policies to AI agents, and that part works well. But it publishes what's in your store as-is. If a return setting renders as “-1 days” or a description contradicts your size options, the agent repeats it. Automated readiness apps check that the plumbing exists. We check whether the facts are right for your store.
We don't promise that. What we can promise is documented, verifiable corrections: the before/after report shows exactly what agents said and what they say now.
Pet products depend on facts shoppers ask about: dog size and weight ranges, pack counts, ingredients, and whether opened treats can be returned. Those are exactly the details that have to be right when an assistant answers for you.
For the free check, nothing: we only use public data. For fixes, Shopify collaborator or staff access limited to products, content and settings we agree on. We never touch payments or customer data.
